Vista has that problem with the Internet, make sure to delete your Internet records,
I.E.--- Browsing History, Temporary Internet Files, Etc.

yeah its more then just the temp files, they have this ghost back up as such which can take up a wooping 15% of the hardrive, what you do to stop it is go start>accesories>system tools>disk cleanup> scan whatever hardrive is causing the problem> then when thats done on the next window there should be a tab saying more options>click on it> then click on the system restore and ghost files> clean them up>then once there deleted click cancel> now see how much space you have gained Razz

on top of that to stop system restore go on my computer>system properties>system protection>then you should see your drives in a window, most likely with a tick next to it>to turn system restore off just uncheack it then apply then ok. then your all sorted.

i thought there was a virus or something causing it but i eventually found out the problem, my hardrive got down to 317gb(its spose to be a 500g but says the maximum is 455gb an well upon the first turn on of the comp i recall it saying 405gb) an i could only account for 40gb, after cleared the ghost files i had a wooping 375gb an after turning off system restore i had 386gb. problem officaily solved Razz

Not give it a chance yet, I hate where shutdown is that's one thing that pisses me off. Might just make a bat file or something and try to get the hang of it. Gonna get a new pc using my bro's atm and it's a bit sucky lol
